Called EMAC to discontinue a service plan as I was changing my car and no longer needed the plan. Spoke to Olu who was polite, efficient and courteous. He explained exactly what he was doing at each stage and completed the necessary work very quickly. He is an able communicator, a true professional and a real asset to your business.

What a waste of time ringing

What a waste of time ringing . They have zero information on there service plans. Said ring the main dealership. Told him I already have and they keep quoting me for peugeot 208 . I have a e208. The service documents I received are showing oil and air filter changes. Electric cars dont have these. Waste of time the cost was £888 for 3 year servicing . Surely Electric cars are cheaper to service then petrol , they now
saying its £1250 for 3 year . Impossible to be that much for 3 services on an electric car they only changethe pollen filter. It doesnt include brake fluid change, thats an extra £70 on top . Still no call back from last review as promised on 2nd September 07961301170
